A few months ago we met a new Microsoft Office application that linked all Microsoft office applications into one. This application was available in beta form and after a trial period it is now available for all Android phones.

Microsoft Office is one of the most important productivity applications worldwide, being a tool that over the years has been adapted to the needs of mobile users with its main applications.
However, it is not entirely practical to have several applications for what purpose, and Microsoft has been working on an application called Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint and more , an application that without offering anything that its applications do not offer, unites them in a common point.
As soon as we open the application we will find the Word, Excel and Powerpoint files that we have on our device, as well as accounts in the OneDrive cloud (personal and business), Dropbox, Box, Datto and many more.
The application itself is a common point for our files, being able to create Word, Excel and Powerpoint documents with scanning tools, blank or in template. We can also create notes or scans of images or whiteboard.
My favorite section is that of productivity in PDFs, since we can sign PDFs, create a PDF digitizing images, from photographs that we have in a gallery or documents, a series of essential tools. The possibility of storing QR codes in notes has also seemed very striking.
Microsoft Office is a functional application for free, but as usual to get the most out of it, it is convenient to enjoy an Office 365 subscription. However, even without paying it is an essential application for your mobile.
